I do both and enjoy it but I can tell you being a Realtor is a career-and it is expensive if you aren't all in (board fees, licensing, e&O insurance, brokers fees, marketing etc.)   

Does any know if there is any program o page where I can upload a list of properties address to find the city and zip code? 

This is why landlords should make sure their PMC is properly licensed, has E&O coverage and has written policies & procedures.

You also need to purchase E&O insurance, something most agents overlook.
