The uninformed mind always says no ... the inexperienced heart is always cautious ..And ... in a very practical sense, I have found that "buyers" don't realize that "buying" real estate isn't like "buying" a car or a hamburger or a new coat.

There have been times where I have “pulled on the heart strings” and explained that I was going to make their house beautiful again and that I would love the opportunity to show it to them afterwards (have to execute).

Thats what I am feeling in my mind/heart for the most part.
