Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but you're right, it is beautiful north of the 48th, love the smell of pines in the morning dew and brisk air. :)

It increases focus, releases toxins that build up in the body, helps blood pressure...... among other things : )I also do stretching as well which keeps the muscles pliable and from tightening up.When I run miles and miles or do the elliptical for an hour it clears your brain from all the other stuff.

I have bought many houses where the pet smell was basically impossible to be removed without removing the drywall.

Now if they aren't cleaning the cage and the room smells I'd tell them they have to go. 

Evict if you find or smell anything inside the house.

The smell is really awful!

If you allow pets, even with the click waterproof floor you will have a problem with the odor bc the accidental tinkle will leak between the clicks into those little grooves and it will continue to smell, especially if you/next tenant doesn’t have pets.
