Instead I simply attended as many trainings and team meetings as possible and used the bull pen to work on my transactions and ask help from other agents.  

All I will add is you should set your keyword alerts and also pick 2-3 REIAs and start attending regularly.The Chelmsford REIA is probably the best one near you.

We define motivation as an impending event, meaning "If I do not sell by X, then Y will happen." 

The next one they have is on December 10, but you have to be a member of the RICH club in order to attend. 

Have also looked at possibly attending local meet-ups.

I suggest you go and check them out, find your favorite and attend.

Throughout the last year I have attended seminars, read books and watched webinars anything to boost my knowledge in the sense of mending the mind to become successful.

I haven't made it to any REIA events yet but definitely plan on it in the near future.
