Quicken home/business looks great but they don’t have an Apple version.

If you research and they like say apples I’d cut some slices and put the peanut butter on them to avoid a mess or whatever.

I've never received a check in the mail, mostly because this isn't 1990.I give as many options as possible, ACH through our management software portal, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Venmo.Finally, we do give the option for a money order via snail mail for an additional $20 processing fee.

For example "No cooking grease, oil, animal meat bones, pasta, rice, any other substance down the garbage disposals except apple and carrot peels and liquids with no solid matter such as juice and soda" and "no vaping and smoking of any tobacco product, marijuana or any substance" on the property, including the backyard"  

Just be very mindful about sales pitches and other bad apples in the free community where unfortunately in this world, there are scammers everywhere.

Doing this has significantly cut down on bad apples and I don't have people getting pissed at me for telling them they don't make enough money or we don't accept people with evictions.

I do understand that comparing San Diego RE to Ohio RE is an apples vs oranges comparison.  

I would suggest creating a new bank account just for your rental related activities.I would also suggest doing the same for a credit card.I would also suggest having an online storage app such as google drive, apple drive or dropbox to help save your receipts / invoices.

If Lyfts layoffs matter, then I am not sure what you have to say about Tesla, Google, Apple hitting their best financials ever.
