We're hoping to have it done by mid-November.While we were up there, we met an agent who specializes in that neighborhood, and she thinks we should be able to sell it at the top of our anticipated price range; if so, we won't make a fortune, but it will be nice profit after a hard project.Only risk is if winter comes really early, it might be a hard sell in November/December, and there's a chance we'll have to wait to sell until the Spring.

I'm trying to find my way into the world of real estate investing and was looking to wholesale to make more money in order to do more deals, but wholesaling is not going as well as I anticipated in my current market.

I wouldn't contact a child but investigate and you can pick out names.The art of tracing is putting the info together that you can find and then anticipate likely activities with them and contact people until you locate them....without spilling beans in public, you need a reason to contact them from these sources.

It took 36 hours of phone calls, emails and trips to the bank(s).The renters are settled in to there new home.Insurance company sent me a cancellation notice stating that "the roof is in need of replacement"Estimates 40% higher than I was anticipating  AND...it needs to be re decked with new sheeting.
