Any suggestions for approaching RE brokers who might be interested in forming a relationship based upon our future VR Managment business- after working under broker for 2 years and then deciding to part ways what is the best way to retain properties brought on by myself.

Any comments , corrections or suggestions to my thinking so far? 

I just started in the Commerical world with a small apartment building and a retail building  I'm hoping to connect with multi unit professionals who would be happy to share their experiences  I live in the Denver metro area  

If that is the case,we may lose our earnest money all the time.Anyone can suggest good way to do that?

@Henry Hallman:My suggestion would be to hone in on 2-3 neighborhoods in the region that interest you and start checking out what is available.

unless you are very confident with the contractors work and they know exactly what you want, I would highly suggest you wait until you get back.The reason I say this is because a contractor more than likely will not meet your expectations of what you want.

For example you find a homeowner in your travels that wants to sell pretty much retail.
