Everett seems to have more deals than my neck of the woods in Seattle!

Repipe/replumb, Kitchen cabinets/counter, new interior doors, nothing structural.current job - 2300 sq feet replace all windows ~20, sand and stain wood floors, reside detached garage, partial repipe, rewrire, interior/exterior paint, new kitchen countertop.I’m certain that my current contractor is taking too long but I’m not sure what is realistic to expect?

I have several designs for building green duplexes/4plexes. and Even with the increased wood prices we can build at reasonable prices plus land cost.

Wear and slight distresses on natural wood seems less shabby to me than chipped, flaking and discoloring paint.

On one side it appears the neighbor is running an automobile shop with a large ugly exhaust from a wood burning stove, and the other side seems to be either a hoarder or collects old lawnmowers and such.

Find a full size broom or mop with a wood handle. 

What’s rare and unique is the setting... quiet small wooded neighborhood surrounding a private lake, very close in to the city with no other bodies of water or equivalent settings in the entire metro area.
