Who knows perhaps that’s how she’s been in the property so long, the former owner didn’t have the resilience to fight her due to his/her health?

The best part is that most public adjusters only get paid when you've been paid (by the insurance) so you don't have to pay anything out of pocket.

Ask your lawyer what you should do about that, I might be calling Health & Human Service if it was me.

They will teach you how to used their GIS and other computer software, help you find that specific property and your will soon be able to dig out 99% of all properties.Just in case you don't have home computer access - Your public libraries will have computers and their staff will help.
