Looking for input from current agents/brokers on what tools they use to create listing sheets/flyers, postcard mailers, and other collateral (expired listing mailers, etc.)I'm trying to understand what options are out there that make it easy to design/create these materials to download and/or print.

Is it that the agent is allowed to print out a listing of properties to give to investors but not specifically give access?

I can't quote exact rates on the forum or my compliance people will tear my head off for not making it a 100% compliant "advertisement" with all the small print etc.

I just use the standard MLS PSAs and cross out & initial 'not' in the not assignable pre-printed sentence. ($1000 may not be too much have a PSA and an assignment agreement drafted for you for your purposes specifically if he is good. 

I doubt the irs will accept a print out of the ad on craigslist. 

@Abdul Azeez - Once you recognize how easy it is for somebody to print a forged check and/or just do an ACH once they know your account number, you will never allow anybody to know your account # again.
