One important key element though that might help others like me in other areas is to connect with Property Management owners and other key players in the real estate industry because they have expanded access to the owners of properties, and have advanced knowledge of some properties that are about to be listed in the market to name a few.

The huge NE Shopping Center project is moving along rather quickly and purchases are being made in the area...you have to check the county assessor or have access to the MLS to quickly find out who's buying what and where and I've found that there are some big players in the development industry purchasing property all around this area.
