I was wondering about your decision. 

Wondering what the best solution might be..Prop 1:  Bought 2011, FHA 3.5% w/ PMI; MV ~185k; Loan Bal 92k; HELOC 36k @ 5% floating off Prime (drawn to pay for down pmt on other property); Rental (performing)Prop 2: Bought 2014, FNCL 3.875% w/ PMI; MV ~ 260k; Loan Bal 173k; Rental (performing)Prop 3: Bought 2018, FNCL 4.625% w/ PMI; MV ~440k; Loan Bal 356k; Owner Occ / Primary - Saving the detail, to get the deal I had to put up more down payment than I would have liked to... 

Want to finish the outside concrete patio as one last large project and be done with improvements.Hindsight:  Should have went with a 3-4 unit place but just glad to get started. 

I honestly don’t know when we will move but it will be in about 2 years if we do, (finishing school)

Wondering if anyone can help me with who I need to get in contact with to see the rules/laws/regulations for these in my county? 

So I am college student in Pensacola and am wondering if there is anyone nearby who could give me some advice on the market down here.  

I wanted to do it myself and ensure it wasn't a full finish to avoid paying property taxes on additional livable square footage.

I was wondering if y'all ever made a move in OK?
