If this list proves to be an epic fail, I have looked into AgentPro 247 and yellowletters.com as alternatives. 

HAFA is just another alternative (under HAMP) program to allow the borrower to short sale the property(must be preapproved by the lender) or give up the deed and walk away.

After reviewing thosuands of appraisals I probably have not seen 10 that said no and less than 100 that even mentioned that the property could be utilized for an alternative use as or possibly a better use than its current use.

Another alternative is an attorney.

Alternatively, maybe you have a killer investor network but need to better understand the analytics side of the game.

If this RC expansion goes through, I think there is going to be a massive wave of evictions, rent hikes, and pulling properties off the rental market and turning them into alternative use (like condos, short-term rentals) to get around new regulations.
