Unfortunately I work in the restaurant industry in Chicago which means, as of today, I have been placed on furlough by my restaurant.

What are we supposed to do with tenants in the service industry who are now out of jobs due to state sanctions regarding bars and resteraunts being shut down?

All of you are much appreciated for your leadership and voices in this industry!  

Articles were written when the fed rates dropped about how the mortgage industry was at capacity.

Given the trend of the past few days (written on 03/16/20) and the impact on the services industry and soon to be reverberating effects on the overall economy, I'm worried about tenants not being able to meet their rent obligations. 

I’ve only had one tenant who ran a business from their home and issues arose when they needed special treatment because of this: requesting that yard maintenance only be done at a certain time of day, complaining about the level of neighborhood noise because clients needed silence, etc.

Plumbing is the unspoken frontline of the medical industry, we used to have cholera and other outbreaks all the time before sewers and drinking water were kept from cross contamination. 

I'm hoping the federal government treats all Airbnb hosts as essentially part of the hotel industry and allots bailout funds accordingly.

Of all the industries affected, ie restaurant, bar, wineries, how many of those companies are actually closing down their doors to never open again? 

I hope those who are unable to do so, such as essential industry workers are saying safe and well.
