We are the first to live in our unit and have done things the same way for the last three years.

He does list my property with the paid subscription and does the "highlight" and everything but that's it!  

I work full time in the oilfield working 3 weeks on and then I have three weeks off to help with the rentals.  

Three things you need to do:1.

I am currently in the knowledge phase of my three step plan. 

Be sure to look into expenses for that particular property and try to find out why no one has bought it after three years.   

My three options are: 1) Condo/Townhome 2) Single family home 3) Duplex/triplex(live in one of the units).
