That is a lot more stressful to me than having to deal with special needs adults and checking on my paid for houses weekly & dealing with issues as they arise.Just my ramblings in print, thanks for sharing your views.

Its something I created to ease my own nerves after a stressful closing of mine.

Since I will be putting T-strips down for the tranistion, does it really matter?

No cats, too many problems with cat urine houses, so I stress no cats and that we have allergies so we will seriously enforce it.

I would also start following your lease to the t on late payments.We charge 10% in late fees and I follow up in the 4th/5th if we don't have payment.

Don't stress to much on the initial inspection, worry about the re inspection.
