Are there comps supporting a 2/1 3000/month? 

There was no training whatsoever and such a lack of support. 

If the area supports it, I will also airbnb the 2 downstairs units.  

I paid my wives about 4 times what the courts awarded for alimony and child support.

As Jason said, and also if both are borrowers in the deed and you only want to be in the HELOC, keep in mind that your income has to be able to support it as well as your credit to be alone. 

I would be ready to have supporting data as to the necessity of them and be sure to include exterior cameras as well, not only in the common drive/entry area, but along the rear permeameter as well- otherwise it seems as if spying on the interior might be miscommunicated as the goal, and if truly for security, you would be covering all points of entry without exterior cameras along all exterior walls. 

Are there areas that support this price for entry? 

You might consider trying to find a broker that would support this type of business for you before pursuing the license.

I see support and responses promoting the mid west but I'm here to tell you the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

I really think I need some useful training and support from the managing broker.
