Who would you suggest as the best CPA for a budding multifamily investor?

I intend to use BP as a means of getting a solid foundational education in finding and analyzing deals and to form a network of investors with similar goals and interests.I'm currently looking for a REIA to join in the area and would love suggestions!

I would suggest that you interview several Realtors and ask them the following questions, to ascertain if they are truly Investor Friendly, or if they are throwing you a sales pitch.1.

If you were looking for "safe" cashflow and ROI, would you look at a triple net lease with a nationwide brand as the tenant in a stand alone property?

They could make it so that anything other than "no" in the "funny business" column was bright red, but that's nitpicking because a single "yes" in a sea of "no" is going to stand out anyways.

I'm ok when it comes to accounting... thinking I can get through it.Note: the LLC is 2 partners, 50% myself & 50% a canadian citizen.Any direction/suggestion welcome!
