Even though the stump was ground a few years ago, we are still battling the shoots that are coming up all over the place.

I'll shoot to finish it this week and keep exploring this site.

Now if this was prior to the run-up that would be an entirely different story than much like a growth stock you can be reasonably assured the market will come back and when it goes it will shoot up assuming no underlying factors changed.
