I think the danger here is the lull between now and the time it takes to process unemployment and the CARES relief.  

Would I (being completely hypothetical) qualify to get some "relief" from the government? 

Asking what type of asset, neighborhood, projected returns are they seeking.

Lot of states including Wa have restraining order against evictions , giving relief to tenants.

It sounds like what you need to do is seek a professional's help (a property manager).

Yep, in the enterprise and commercial space it can make sense.My mgt co s-corp rents space from a multi-use building owned by one of my commercial LLCs.I may not ask for SBA relief, but its an option.I don't see using it in a househack primary situation, though I have rented my house out for 13 days a year for a few years now.

My daughter is seeking to buy her first home/condo/modular home.

I recommend linking up with someone in your area that deals with foreclosures and seeking their guidance.  

However, with her month to month status I feel compelled to compress relief to 3 months or when the quarantine / shelter in place lifts, whichever is sooner.
