I consider myself to be pretty savvy and, thus far, have been able to spot and avoid being scammed.

I have seen numerous email buying lists on the internet but most of them are scams.

I'd rather you be frank with me than the flip side and sugar coat or try to scam us.

After the second, competent, plumber explained everything to me I understood the first company basically scammed me.I feel like this is gross negligence that affects the health and safety of my tenants on behalf of the first company.

It's sad but it's nearly impossible to trust anyone and to take them at face value in this world of scams and malfeasance .

The potential risk of you getting “scammed” is extremely high.  

Many California investors know that most of the properties we are being sent to our inbox are pigs dressed up to look nice, but since we can’t see the area, then we can get scammed.  

What an entitled bunch of jerks who feel the need to waste my time in a manner which is illegal.Also, The marketing manner of those is eerily similar to unscrupulous individuals looking to scam vulnerable people out of their money… I wonder why they seem so similar.
