We were just hit by hurricane Irma which ripped the roof on and did severe damage to several areas inside.

But then, I've been ripped off too many times and the slightest red flag pops up, I'm ready with a mallet to whackamole. 

there was a thread last week titled" thank you bigger pockets  0 to 15 doors in one year"Well that got at least 200 responses of which 197 of them were way to go congrats I cant wait to do what you did ..well what did that investor do.. he ripped a bunch of equity out of his prime CA residence and paid cash for D class in the mid west little plex's that have 400 dollar renters in them.. 

I just need to tidy up the lot a bit (many fallen trees that were never removed after Hugo ripped through the area).What I'm wondering is:Is there a solid market for what I'm offering?

I just see too many get ripped in this unregulated area.

Don’t rip them off, but put together a mix of what you like for your style I agree.

I ripped out all of the existing electrical throughout the house.
