If a new software were to hit the market with the set goal to increase tenant loyalty, increase revenues, increase on time payments, would you be interested?

I would like to be able to occupy the property for 1 week every 4-6 months, which they agree to (with enough notice on dates) as they have to travel for work at times and could easily vacate during these periods.Has anyone written this sort of agreement into a lease?

The con is obviously the cost because in addition to waiting a long time for permit, it requires serious structural changes + roofing, etc. 

Is this generally a good idea/recommended for a new real estate investor?

If, however, the felon is the voucher holder, your rent will terminate and if the tenant doesn't leave willingly, you will have to take them to court, just like any other tenant who can no longer pay rent.That's all I have time for for now.

I am new to Real Estate investing and looking  to connect with new  investors. 

Absolutely amazing that real estate and other prices rose a similar amount as the increase in the money supply.
