Get that curb appeal to draw in buyers or tenants.

It’s probably more expensive/unit than a traditional triplex or quad but might be more appealing to her.

A more upscale area might not have the same appeal to someone on a lower income as it does to someone who can afford more (what appeals to you might not be affordable to them).

City basically said if it was 6 inches I could get full variance without making an appeal but of course its 11 inches.
