The difficult part of that is getting contractors in an unfamiliar area...I have paid to have my crews stay at a hotel local to the job, may be an option.Before replacing the tile, I would consult with an interior decorator or two for perspective.

But - this has cause me to challenge my way of thinking, and really give their perspective consideration.

From a mailmans perspective.

We're just really getting started from the investment perspective and beginning to network/reach out to our connections.

I guess I have a very different perspective than most of you on this, which is fine. 

Of course you need to keep in perspective that you always need a place to live.

Truth is usually a matter of perspective, which is why multiple people can share different truths.

That said...For anyone interested, there are huge concerns from the European perspective: devices like Ring are prohibited in the EU.

I guess in my own perspective that most of the people who would be experienced in RE and estimating rehabs are probably busy and if they are on here every other person and their best friend are probably asking them already if the want to partner up and unless you have real skin in the game or a track record of success its probably next to impossible to get someone to take you seriously.... then if I do and lets say I finally reach this potential seller and she's like "Actually no we're not interested in selling we are moving back in (or whatever situation) " then I say to my 1 out of a hundred lender/partner "Oh, never mind.... fell through."
