Hey BP, I am stuck in a situation where i have rental property in Baltimore city and it is a money pit.

As you mention towards the end, most of us have ultra-low primary mortgage rates for our rentals, so we wouldn't want to touch them in order to refinance.  

I also own a rental portfolio and have a great network of GCs.

I have received 9 bookings in the last 48 hrs, so maybe this info was relevant over the last few months, but not right now, at least for my market which is central Florida, with 4 rentals. 6/9 were direct bookings, 2 airbnb, 1 vrbo.

I'm learning the BRRRS method and want to obtain my first rental property soon. 

Two questions...1) About to bring a STR online in the next two weeks and am looking for some advice as this will be my first STR. 2) Specifics on the current STR cost seg. tax benefit?
