Or it could be water from another source like the sink or shower, but that's less likely because it would have to travel to that spot and then run through.I'm sure your plumber will have no problem identifying the source and fixing it.

With cash out refis, there is no market input on value.The time period since acquisition is also an issue.If I understand the numbers - $30K plus $440K loan plus $80K assignment fee - total “purchase” price is $550,000.I would assume lender is asking how is current value one year later $725,000 when you effectively paid $550,000 a year ago?

Its takes days to get a email returned (if it gets returned at all) I call and leave voicemails and dont get any returned calls, my borrowers have reported to me that they cannot ever get straight answers or solutions, It takes 30 to 45 days to receive my money.

The layout of the lot would have to be just right (for example a corner lot) and the main house may need to be discounted depending on what's happening there (for example if now there is no garage, part of the backyard was chopped, etc.).
