While we really need to improve our search, I was able to find a couple of members you might try reaching out to and learning from. 

Whether that is on one property or mulitple really wouldn't make much of a difference.  

Wanted to see if that was other peoples experience or do I need to re-strategize.

In 10 minutes of looking at your application they can tell either "This will work", or "You need to fix these things before it will work."

so what you need to do is the leg work / networking to find out what the other local folks are doing. 

They may be able to help offer insight and referrals, should you need more them. 

I see that a ledger is provided by the RentRedi softwhere, which is awesome, but I was wondering if anyone had insight in if I need to set up a separate cash journal and if so, what is important to include and how should it be formatted? 

We will use a home building company as I do not have as much experience as they do.Any suggestions or tips on how to get a construction loan for an investment property?

You may think you wont touch those assets but what if you want/need to sell off one property out of the group?
