Has anyone had any experience with buying a mobile home via Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance's auction option?

Additionally it has issues when doing it mobile.

What I've always done is use a mobile notary for closing.  

They are also "renters by-choice", that they can always decide to buy their own place to live so they are much more mobile and willing to leave their apartments --> higher turnover rate from the landlord's standpoint.

Are you next going to learn to be an electrician, plumber, auto mechanic, air conditioning repairman, landscaper, real estate broker, mortgage broker, etc. etc.

What happens when you have to close a deal, and have to have a mobile notary come out to you?  

This in a nutshell 'wipes out' liens Like mortgages and 'mechanic liens' (if they didn't pay the roofing company etc.), but does NOT wipe out  'superior' liens like those from the state and/or federal Level (Childsupport, IRS, or EPA liens for example).  

This is just the beginning and then I will take that money and invest in Mobile Home Parks and so forth.

Not mobile friendly though so its frustrating when I need to make phone calls back from my phone. 

I figured if it was mechanical or structural then there would be a permit required to do the work.
