Is this a necessary step I need to take before purchasing a home?

Recently purchased a duplex in Lakewood, OH and am about halfway through renovating both units. Went with higher end finishes to target highest rents. Duplex has new roof, vinyl siding, newer furnaces and central ac. ...

My next step is to go through the inspection report when I receive it later today and determine what I will send back to the seller. 

If a renter wants to do these things (sublease, room share or AirBnB), what steps can/should they take to make it successful?

No to real estate investment for the timebeing for me at least ( temporary)Because I already invested and I want to see how the market is doing, I want to learn more, networking.I am against real estate gurus who says invest in big amount and leave your job bla bla bpa, first when you invest in big amount and you do have cash the interest rate will be huge and this decrease your profit and yield/ cap , also high yield mean high risk second real estate as any business have good time and bad time so leaving your sustainable job and depends mainly on real estate investment is quite risky method, if one could generate double or triple his income real estate this is something else, I don't think typical person could rich quickly without high risk

Each step is not easy for me, however, for the benefit of use the $250,000 LOC over and over, this risk is worth to take, and I need to buy and read more books, and lay out a detailed plan before putting into action.Thanks again,Yuqi

When purchasing, always keep in mind the exit because purchasing and managing are only 2 of the 3 steps involved in the process. 

It may be my next step.
