If you have one hiccup (lose your job, major issue at another property, medical issue) the whole thing can come tumbling down like a house of cards. 

LOL No - the damage they made was minimal (all were going to the local osteopathic doctor school and all repairs and cleaning were under $100 from what I recollect) - it was nothing like my fraternity brothers in college, breaking everything like they were Animal from The Muppets.
