We are in the early stages but have completed the feasibility study with our architect and are heading into the pre-approval meeting with the city on Tuesday (12/13).

My lease has language disallows fish tanks over a certain size.

The thought is rent one, and convert the other into a study/2nd living space for the tenant to have some of their own space.Does anyone have any advice for putting together a lease?

It's not something you should lose sleep over but you need to start studying the rules so you do not get on their radar for breaking the rules.Bottom line- Start with friends and family; then move on to people you may not know but do it in the right way.
