After my realtor did some heavy negotiations, we got the place for $970,000.The next 18 months were brutal as we carefully remedied every issue with the property, added a 2,500 square foot master wing, and put in a $200,000 landscape package.Once finished there was a bidding war and it sold for over asking price at $2,650,000.One of the scariest deals I've ever done, but ended up being a smashing success and learned a TON along the way.
