I have a painting business and my partner has a construction business in nyc and we've already been doing jobs in CT. as for time I have loads of time on my hands and I am pretty handy my self.

If the Buyer's agent is left out, that's less "jobs" available. 

Then leave it at that and allow the PM to do their job. 

We didn’t even get to the new waterfront or Titans stadium developments, but I’ll stop there, for now :) We’ve got jobs for every type of interest and a deep entrepreneurial spirit.

I live in oklahoma where there are tons of raw land opportunities that I could snatch up and place a manufacture home on a 1/2-1 acre lot and flip it or rent it out. 

Unless you hire a PM who's charging you 20 to 25% and most likely not doing their job to deserve that money.

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

The opportunity is just awesome compared to the others!
