With this being said, I still am looking for references for a local lawyer or service serving Cleveland's west side to review such forms prior to use.

You would have talked about this prior to buying the house. 

And this leads me to my point.These guys cost more, but they are also a free mentor/coach as well, at least prior to and during your project. 

Sounds like a really unprofessional bunch and I would have pulled the plug prior to now.
