I will start with the details regarding the property then where I'm at now Back in May of 15' i came across a property that was heading to sheriff sale due to foreclosure, i was planning on bidding cause this house is in the perfect location to me, close to work and my family and has plenty of land etc. which make it ideal for my needs.

Thanks for the heads up.We already have 70 units (pretty much turnkey) but I'm not happy with the way they're run.

That will give us an opportunity to get our models and systems in place without the pressure of holding costs constantly looming over our heads. 

Is there a mentor out there willing to partner with a newbie and lend your expertise to make this become more than something just in my head and heart?

I know there is a lot to learn, however, I am ready to dive right in head first.I am looking to make some networking connections as well as to learn as much as I can from Bigger Pockets!

I guess it depends on if you want warranties or not and want a full blown contractor to run everything for you, however I've found people by going out to new construction sites in developments and talking to the head flatwork guy on a job, or find a crew on a commercial job site etc.
