Right now we are putting a large amount of money away every month for college savings for both of my children (aged 6 and 2).  

“This is going to be good for you” he said in his calm, inspiring voice and he was right, for a couple years payments were made and I just cashed the checks.

My father has always been my biggest inspiration and the hardest working man I have ever known and I have never truly seen him rest and be worry free...NEVER.

My avatar guest is a set of grandparents, their adult children and grandchildren.

It inspired me to set bigger goals, it connected me with like-minded real estate investors who are also military/veterans, and I have a smaller squad of dudes that keep me accountable for my goals. 

Sadly they had 2 children under 4 in that apartment who had lived in it since birth.

Each week my plans and actions get increasingly larger and I've become even more inspired.

Perhaps some families with children may be worried about the water in the back yard?

Totally agree with Patricia . you could find yourself without any rent after 3 months and the courts are very slow now . it may go on for 6-12 months depends on  if they have children . why not just wait until you find a tenant with a job ?
