Pest Control should be specifically acknowledged by Tenants, especially if they have ANY food/meds within their BR.I recommend avoiding Terminix at ALL costs.

It's a business for them, it's how they pay the light bill and put food on the table.

We have fabric in ours right now - they're going to be recovered this spring - and people are constantly spilling food on them and leaving stains.
