The cabinets in one of the bathrooms were the same and I just painted them.

However, I am seeing some mold in the shower ceiling and a little under the master bathroom on the first floor.

That black hexagonal tile in the bathroom is crazy nice! 

Its registered as a 3 unit and have 3 separate meters in the event you choose to bring 403 side back as 2 apartments.Property 2 is currently rented to a single group of 6 with 2 full kitchens, 2 full bathrooms & 2 family rooms.

2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and around 850 sq. feet.

One of the bathrooms is in decent condition but we would add a double vanity and then completely rehab the 2nd bathroom.

Downstairs, I painted all interior trim white, refinished doors white with new hardware, put crown molding on all downstairs windows, put new tile in downstairs bathroom and kitchen, painted all kitchen cabinets white,  new hardware, removed cabinets to install new island stainless steel hood, replaced all kitchen appliances for stainless steel.

Tile in all the bathrooms is getting completed, siding is done, deck pickets going in and landscaping is getting finished up this weekend!

If a home on the same street with the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms in similar condition sold for 150k, then it is safe to say you are in that ballpark.

If the company that is renting the lower level of the building ever moves out, I would like to convert the downstairs floor into three additional two bedroom/ one bathroom apartments.
