I personally would recommend looking into BRRRRing and flipping houses so you can leave and rinse and repeat your capital as much as possible.I would recommend working with a good investor agent and other wholesalers.

Keep in mind money is important however so are marketing and management.  

I was curious if there were any other Palmdale Landlords on here, if so when you rented out your properties, did you see significant demand for the rent by the room strategy as opposed to renting the whole the house?

I have a property manager who helps with the booking and renter issues (if any), a cleaner who turns over the property.

Make sure to find a good property manager who manages your type of property before you purchase, or have enough cash to cover the consequences of it. 

Sell option: I could use the cash to help fund a house hack I am in the middle of.

Seller agent disclosed today that the seller is filing for bankruptcy.I am already in escrow.Besides the checks that the title company will do, is there any additional steps I should take to make sure that this house is not subject to repossession by any creditors?
