Any real estate investor clubs in pasco county,holiday,fl

The question I'm wondering is whether to push it hard and try to have this ready in 6 weeks around the first of November, even if I have to pay for some additional work, and get someone in before the holidays.

I'm pretty sure it'll pick up again after the holidays.

Plus it'll probably suck quite a bit for him to find a new place to live over the holidays.

The down side is the holidays and the all the days away from my family.

I do really want to own a vacation rental that can be a holiday and meeting place for my family and friends 💗
