I get inquiry cards/calls AT |LEAST weekly, wanting to buy/list my TX apts.

If it's 90 days and you're pulling credit 4 times a year that's not going to have a huge impact on your overall fico score.Pay your items on time and keep your revolving debt at 30% or less and you'll be fine.Visa card with the most you ever borrowed on it is 10K so keep your balance under 3K.It doesn't go by the credite limit it goes by the most you've ever borrowed. 

With the being said, gather as many cards as possible, listen in on others conversations and remember, you gonna have to do it your way if you want to have real success.

No, at least that is the case with any line of credit that I am familiar with including credit cards.

One trend that is making theft harder is that more and more customers now use charge cards to pay, I really don't know how an employee could steal from someone paying with a card, but a lot still pay with cash, more than enough to make it hurt if you have some clever thieves in the mix.
