That generally costs us about $10-12 per square foot, or about $15-18K for a typical house we do.On top of that, we'll often paint the exteriors (after doing any necessary siding repairs), replace exterior doors, replace bad windows, reroof if necessary, replace hvac if necessary, ensure any decks are safe/secure/usuable, etc.

@Angela BrigidoFor Florida leases, from what I know, you have include a specific clause about radon gas and lead paint, the state rules about entry to the property, and the security deposit statute.

The place is an absolutely mess he has guranteed me he will paint and fix it (haha I doubt it) So unforunately if I show it anyone will hate it.3.If I do go to court I will ask for 1 month rent plus above and beyond for repairs(outside of the scope of the security) is there anyway to garnish wages or make this debt appear on his credit report?
