I bought these properties cheap, had them fixed up and not have they appreciated a lot that also generate a nice tax free cash flow that goes back into my IRA to be redeployed into more properties.This is a huge tax free money maker.

I can't get the family attorney to respond but to me that means my step dad no longer owed any as of 22 and because of such after my mom died they shouldn't have put it in my sister's name too cause she would own the same amount as me not more like she thought.
