I know a lot of investors start from nothing at all and do great learning as they go, I’m sure I’ll do the same because I learn best hands on but I just felt so much more secure doing it this way and I’m just exploring my options on where to take it immediately after getting my license.

Thats my take on it at leastROI’s are pretty solid and there is (in my opinion) plenty of inventory.But be ware of neighborhoods, East Cleveland is pretty rough for example.When i first explored the market i saw all this incredibly cheap inventory which was in pretty good shape mostly but in parts where it would be a landlord/property management nightmare
