I've been looking for hard money lenders and agents to work with, so if you have recommendations to look into, let me know. 

However, if you haven't already done so,  I would talk to a real estate agent in your area that specializes in flips, and get them to run comps for the current house vs. the added square footage.

Take into account elements like total affordability, policies that favor landlords, and property taxes.Make contact with real estate agents and investors in the target market locally.

Hi @Sarah Maraj, I am a Mortgage Agent and CPA just outside of London and recently looked into rent to own using RRSPs for another client.

Talk to your agent too. 99% sure there brokerage has a Alabama one.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I could use the input from a more experienced investor as I am in a tough cookie at the moment and don't want to make decisions out of despair.

Also lower minimums on crowdfunding sites and more experienced general partners.
