Unless the wiring has been upgraded, you've probably got ungrounded wiring throughout and possibly a panel and service that need to be replaced entirely.

most important thing is to know your areas..some areas i can get away with vinyl siding and vinyl hung windows...other neighborhoods i need to do hardiboard and higherend windows..same for inside....some neighborhoods vinyl is fine, while others you need tile...you need to know these neighborhoods, the price ranges you can sell at in these neighborhoods, and then the list of upgrades these areas require

Being that this is my first flip, I'm very cost conscious, but at the same time I don't want to run into a headache by paying a dirt cheap price and having the work messed up.My question to the forum is, what is a good price to pay for the new furnace/ac/new ventilation?
