If i don't show them the place, they will not close.They never extended the contract after it expired unless my agent forged my signature....Personally, i hope they do back out.Does their threat hold any water????

It is very difficult to sell a "used" home in a market of new homes.The resell prices of brand new homes in subdivisions that are still being built usually drops a significant amount until the subdivision is complete.

Again, be aware that this will more than likely upset the tenant buyer unless they really don't want the house, are aware of their loss, and are ready to move on or drop the option.
