Seconding what @Paul De Luca said, look at what the assessed value is currently, and the purchase price you're targeting.

In Delaware a 5 day grace period is mandatory so you can't collect a late fee until the 6th.

@Scott Smith can speak better about the Series-LLC, but I would say the fact it was not tested in court is more of a FOR testimony than against, given the long duration now they been adopted (born in 1990 with the Delaware Business Trust act, in Texas since 2009). 

There could be a de facto standard adopted in Illinois that requires a landlord to accept the first qualified tenant.

., it might be wise to have a plan B, in case conditions occur that de-rail your hopes of employment in plan A, namely to do sales in real estate.

I'm not as in touch with the regulations for Airbnb's in GB but the surrounding areas such as Ashwaubenon, De Pere, Bellevue, and Appleton may be more cooperative since they are smaller cities or villages therefore less restrictive.
