Details are as follows:2nd or 3rd Wed of the month at Peaches in Norwalk, CT (starts at 7:30)Last Wed of the month at Crave Restaurant in Fairfield CT (starts at 7pm)Both are primarily networking with others in the industry and those who support it (banking, Insurance, contractors, etc.) but nobody is trying to sell you their "System".  

I'm pretty set on the asset type it's just a matter of creating more detailed plan for myself and acting on it.

A lot of people THINK they know how something is done but miss some important details and get themselves into trouble.

Now I'm pretty sure Trump is/was mainly a buy-and-hold investor because I remember hearing that he instructed his kids to do that when they started running parts of his business.
